For milk , spoiling is very common because if its handling by customers so spoiled milk will not replaced , u can connect with us for any other issue on the same day, after its expiry date we cant take responsibility.
For paneer , It has 4 days expiry date so its policy is also same . For that follow the instruction to handle the natura product .
For basundi and khoya, temperature control is most important for its shelf life , so if u kept at minus temperature and even u had any issues then we will here to solve the querry.
